SizeItNow provides free image tools for general use. The tools produce files that follow widely used size and format standards, but specifications set by third parties — government portals, universities, employers, passport authorities and social platforms — differ and change over time. No guarantee of acceptance

We cannot guarantee that any file created with these tools will be accepted by a third party. Acceptance depends on the content of your photo (lighting, expression, background, clothing and similar rules) as well as on file specifications. For official documents such as passports, visas and national ID cards, the issuing authority's current photo rules are the final word.

Accuracy of sizes

Millimetre and inch sizes are produced at 300 DPI, the standard for print. When printing a passport print sheet, print at 100% scale — printer options such as "fit to page" change the physical size and can make photos non-compliant.
